Strategic Management: Zara Presentation Slides

For my Strategic Management course at Texas A&M, I collaborated with a team to analyze the company Zara. Our research involved conducting an external analysis using Porter’s Five Forces, performing an internal analysis of the company, identifying the company’s key strategic issue, and exploring all possible courses of action to address it. We then evaluated these alternatives, recommended the most effective solution, and facilitated an in-class discussion on our findings. Additionally, I oversaw the design and aesthetic of our presentation to ensure a polished and visually engaging final product.
